Ryan Moore started riding dirtbikes at age 13 and was
hooked for life. Having a BMX background made taking
to motorcycles a very easy transition. After racing local
MX races and scrambles for several years Ryan soon
found out how expensive his passion really was.
In 1995 He decided to make a life change at the age of 21
and go to college to pursue engineering. To get through
school, the motorcycles had to go. Between working
30-40 hours a week to pay his way through college there
was no time left, and no money left to ride motorcycles.
Ryan picked up Engineering as fast as motorcycle riding
and soon transferred from community college were he
received a certificate in Industrial Technology, to Cal Poly
State University in San Luis Obispo on academic
scholarships. While at Cal Poly he took his design,
manufacturing, and engineering skills to the next level.
He decided it was time to open up shop while he was a
junior in college doing engineering design and
manufacturing. He took a huge risk and bought his first
cnc machine on a credit card and rented out a 1000 sq. ft.

bills and keep his cnc machine, a friend dropped off a
2000 xr 50 to have the subframe welded up from a
wheelie bar that was poorly designed. On the side,
while taking classes at Poly he not only fixed the broken
subframe, but designed and manufactured dozens of
parts for the 50, transforming it from a dirt bike, to a
street stunt bike that he could ride like a bmx bike, and
50stunt.com was born! Soon after He graduated with
honors with a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and it
was time to dedicate full time to his company, product
and website development.
